Built around the work

Start with a useful task.
Give it a better home.

A website helps customers find and choose your business. A business app supports what happens behind the scenes. These are possible capabilities, selected for your project rather than a standard bundle.

Quotations & estimates

Bring products, quantities and agreed calculation rules into a consistent quotation workflow.

Products & pricing

Organise a useful catalogue with the information your team needs to prepare accurate work.

Customer & job records

Keep structured information together, with access and responsibilities appropriate to the work.

Dashboards & workflows

See what needs attention and track the steps that matter to your team.

Documents & PDFs

Turn agreed information into clear, consistent documents that people can review and use.

Staff & customer portals

Give the right people a practical place to work, with access designed around their role.

Useful connections

Connect email or business systems where the provider, data access and project scope support it.

Operational application / Lenvalco

From product selection
to a prepared quotation.

Quoting brings several responsibilities together: selecting suitable products, recording the job details, checking calculations and preparing the right document. The practical problem is keeping those steps connected and reviewable.

For Lenvalco, we built a protected quotation application around that sequence. It is separate from the public website.

  1. Prepare the draft. Create, list and edit quotations using an approved product catalogue and structured fields.
  2. Check the figures. Validate inputs and calculate ex-VAT line items and totals consistently.
  3. Prepare the document. Generate quotation PDFs, with terms included for the appropriate audience.
  4. Choose when to send. Review the quotation and choose the recipient before deliberately sending it.

A useful first version

Understand. Build. Test. Improve.

  1. 01

    Understand the current process

Walk through the work with the people doing it. Identify repeated steps, information gaps and what must remain under human control.

  2. 02

    Choose the first version

Agree the smallest useful scope, the information it needs and how you will judge whether it works.

  3. 03

    Build and test with users

Review a working application together. Test everyday tasks, difficult cases, permissions and recovery before launch.

  4. 04

    Agree the ongoing plan

Make hosting, account access, backups, support and future improvements explicit, with clear ownership.

Scoped separately. Supported deliberately.

Custom application development is priced around its requirements. Database services, integrations, provider fees, hosting and ongoing support are agreed as part of scope. We agree the application’s scope, integrations and ongoing support around your business needs.
