Information and purpose

We use your name, email, primary market, message and any optional telephone number to assess and respond to your enquiry. Your reply preference tells us how to contact you. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

How the enquiry is handled

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests. Live enquiries, when enabled, pass through our authenticated mail server, mail.aipexdigital.co.za, directly to wynand@aipexdigital.co.za. Messages sent to our public info@aipexdigital.co.za address are forwarded to Wynand. Protected preview deployments validate forms without sending live email. The website does not maintain a customer-message database.

Abuse controls temporarily keep hashed network and submission identifiers, counters and processing status in application memory, not names, email addresses or message contents. Rate-limit records expire after ten minutes; duplicate and delivery-status records expire after 24 hours or when the application instance restarts. No external abuse-control database is used.

Retention and security

Form contents are processed transiently by the application and, when delivery is enabled, become email records. Operational logs record failure categories and references rather than enquiry text. Mailbox and provider-log retention arrangements remain under review; there is no automatic mailbox-deletion process in this application.

We use encrypted connections and restricted server-side credentials. Provider locations and any cross-border processing arrangements form part of the final processor review.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics are currently disabled. If enabled in an approved future release, configured analytics load only after your consent. Event payloads exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text and submission references. See our cookie notice for browser storage choices.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us directly instead of using the form. Request access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy concern, at info@aipexdigital.co.za. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable record-keeping requirements. Contacting us does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
